01What are the support hours?
Support during the business hours agreed in the contract. Outside that window, on-call exists only if it is written — no default 24/7 helpdesk.
02Do you respond in 15 minutes, 24/7?
No. Response times are set in the contract by severity. Infrastructure monitoring can run continuously; human support follows hours and any on-call you subscribe to.
03Cloud or on-premises?
Both, depending on your tools. Mail and collab with Microsoft or Google if you already use them; files and sites on servers in France when you want. We start from what you have.
04GDPR?
Limited purpose, minimised scope, deletion on request. Hosting offered on servers in France. DPA and contract provided separately.
05Do we have to replace all the hardware?
No. We start from your estate. The audit says what should last, what should be replaced, and what can wait. Hardware stays out of the retainer, on quote.
06How is pricing calculated?
On quote, by seats, volume and options (hosting, on-call). Monthly retainer or per visit. No amounts published: written proposal after the audit.
07Do you visit on site?
Yes — SMEs in France. Remote first. An on-site visit happens if the contract provides for it — no two-hour promise.
08Do you offer break-fix IT by the hour?
Day-to-day support is included in the managed-IT contract. A one-off visit can be scoped after an audit — it is not the lead offer, nor a 24/7 emergency desk.
09Do you work in France?
Yes — nationwide. Remote first; on-site if the contract provides for it.
10Do you start from our Microsoft 365 or Google?
Yes. We start from your real estate — Microsoft 365, Google, or both. We install, we maintain, we scope the contract. No need to replace everything on day one.
11Do you integrate AI into our information system?
Yes. Scope the use case, automate workflows, run the project — we start from your tools. Outside the managed-IT retainer, unless an addendum. AroBox (assistant on your documents) is a separate product, same house.
12Do you train teams on AI, GDPR and the legal frame?
Yes. Staff awareness, a GDPR and legal/tax module, and an nLPD module if you have teams or flows in Switzerland. Half-day on-site or video, usage policy as a deliverable. Outside the managed-IT retainer. This is not legal or tax advice.
13Do you offer a DR plan, an RTO, off-site backup?
Yes. We sit down to list what actually matters, audit remotely or on site, and write an RTO into the contract. Optional: a cold copy with us — including an AroBox index — on servers in France. No two-hour promise.
